BICA DINING TABLE
The new table system designed by the portuguese Architect Manuel Aires Mateus. This project was developed for the redesign of the emblematic Lisbon restaurant Bica do Sapato.
Bica table is inspired by the vernacular furniture of Portuguese taverns. Being a subtle redesign the architect conceived this table as light as possible, a single drawing line.
The strong metal structure is covered by a thin solid wood corner and the table top is in wood veneer or stone.
